Terms and Conditions

  1. Validity Period: The gift card must be redeemed within one year from the purchase date. Gift cards not used within this time frame will expire and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  2. Location Restrictions: The photo shoot location must be within the Lower Mainland or Sea to Sky region. Any requests for locations outside these areas may not be accommodated or could incur additional travel fees, subject to prior agreement.

  3. Redemption: To redeem the gift card, the recipient must contact me to schedule their photo shoot session at katelandclarke@googlemail.com. The scheduling of sessions is subject to availability and we recommend contacting us well in advance to secure your desired date.

  4. Non-refundable: The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. It is not valid for any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

  5. Transferability: The gift card is transferable. If you wish to gift it to someone else, please inform me of the change in recipient details for my records.

  6. No Cash Value: This gift card holds no cash value and cannot be used as a credit towards future purchases beyond its face value.

  7. Session Details: The gift card covers the cost of the Signature Session detailed in the description. Any additional services not included in the initial package, such as extended session time, will be charged accordingly.

  8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Photos by Kateland reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
